“My experience was beyond my expectations. Here is my story...My son and I traveled to Fort Lauderdale FL to clean out a storage unit that belonged to his grandmother. The storage unit had been locked for over seven years and no one knew what was in there. Once we arrived and opened it up, we quickly realized that there was so much that could be thrown away. We didn't have a dumpster on site that we could use nor was the storage company manager any help. We were stuck and we certainly didn't want to haul garbage in a rented U Haul half way across the country. In thinking through what to do...I remember seeing the (1800 GOT JUNK) trucks on the road (excellent marketing by the way). So i grabbed my smart phone and found the 1800 number. I was astonished at how quickly and responsive the person helping was. I explained my situation and when she asked how soon I would need someone, I apprehensively said (in two hours) knowing darn well that would be impossible. TO my surprise, not only did she say they could have a truck there within two hours but the price she quoted was less than I thought. The team showed up right as promised and my son and I didn't have to do a single thing. Now, here is truly the best part. The team of guys offered to help my son and I load some heavy items into our moving truck (washer, dryer and a couch) and didn't ask for anything. Just jumped right in and spent 10 minutes helping. Overall, fantastic experience and the entire process speaks to truly understanding your customers, their needs and continuously exceeding expectations. Couldn't of asked for anything more. ”
