Earlier this month we did a hauling job for a client in El Cajon.  We have a system in place that asks our customers to rate how we did.  It is called the Net Promoter Score or NPS and works on a scale from 0-10.  The customers can add comments if they like.  The client was contacted about her experience within 24 hours of us doing the service.  She gave us a 10/10 and had this to add about her junk removal experience in El Cajon, CA:
