As Vice President, Sales Center, Patrick Louis is responsible for the strategic direction and operation of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?’s world class Sales Center. Patrick joined 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in November 2007.

Under Patrick’s leadership, the overall efficiency of the Sales Center has nearly doubled in less than two years, and conversion of incoming calls to sales leads has increased significantly. In early 2009, Patrick and his team successfully established a second Sales Center location in eastern Canada to work in tandem with our Vancouver location. In addition, he introduced a Spanish language team, enabling the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Sales Center to provide sales and customer support to English, French, and Spanish customers.

Prior to joining 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Patrick launched and led the ING Direct call center in France for 4 years. He also held call center leadership roles with AIG in France and ING Direct in Canada.

Patrick is a short- and long-distance runner, and enjoys travelling and discovering foreign cultures.
