Welcome to Patrick Louis, the new Director of the Sales Center. Patrick joined the team November 19. In this role, Patrick will be responsible for establishing the Sales Center’s overall strategic direction and will hold overall accountability for building and operating a world class call center.

Patrick joins us after almost five and a half years at ING Direct, where he held positions heading both the Sales and Service Centers for ING in Canada and in France. Patrick also spent two and a half years at AIG in France heading their telemarketing center.

Patrick has a long career in call centers and has also held similar positions at Club Med and Euro Disney. We are confident that Patrick’s energy and enthusiasm for the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand, combined with his exceptional experience in the call center industry, will bring the Sales Center to a new level of service for our customers and Franchise Partners.

Patrick is a short- and long-distance runner, and enjoys travelling and discovering foreign cultures.
