Hi, we are Keith Becker and Jon Reisinger, your local owners and operators of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Spokane, Washington. We started our junk removal business in 2006 and have been affectionately referred to as "the guys in the blue wigs" ever since. Exceptional customer service is our passion, and recycling is our commitment to the community. We’re proud to say that in 2007, 30% of our trash-hauling jobs came from repeat customers and referrals, and 180 tons of the materials we collected were recycled or donated.

We recycle concrete, dirt, wood, green waste, metals, refrigerators, freezers and electronic waste. We also donate materials to the Habitat for Humanity Builders Store, Goodwill, St. Vincent de Paul, and other local charities and thrift stores. 2008 will mark our third year as a proud sponsor of the Habitat for Humanity Blitz Build. Spokane's 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is also an active member of Greater Spokane Incorporated, the Spokane Home Builders Association and the Better Business Bureau.

We spend most of our time in our trucks. Don’t be surprised to see us cruising down the I-90 or picking up some espresso for our customers at the Starbucks in Shadle Park Center, Sundance Plaza, or Heritage Village.

“Calling to confirm the time of arrival (and it was honored as scheduled); very nice and polite gentlemen calling me by name; a clean and very presentable truck; the estimate was clear and non-binding if I so chose to not utilize their services at the time; the areas were cleared and cleaned up in no time; credit card option was available on site; and finally, I was given a $10 referral coupon for a friend and told I would receive a $20 discount on all future appointments. Fantastic!”
