Hi, we are Tim and Sheryl Taritas, the owners of the Raleigh Metro 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise. We have owned this successful franchise since late 2005 and service such areas as Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Apex and many more!

We enjoy investing in worthwhile community oriented businesses dedicated to partnering with the local residents because that’s exactly what our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise does. We ensure the highest levels of service while maintaining the values within the community. You can find our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? staff and our shiny blue trucks throughout Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Morrisville and the surrounding Triangle area. Have you seen us in our blue wigs? You can see us at the intersection of Six Forks and Millbrook, Celebration at Six Forks, Creedmoor and Glenwood, Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, Six Forks at North Hills Mall, Wake Forest Road near the Beltline, Brier Creek Parkway Mall, Southpoint Mall in Durham and many other areas.

We are committed to doing our part to keep our city, county and state clean by reducing the reliance on dumping at landfills. Therefore, we have been leading the way through our donation and recycling programs with such partners as The Goodwill Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Raleigh Rescue Mission, North Raleigh Ministries, Sonoco Recycling, the Women’s Shelter of Wake County and many, many more. We recycle e-waste such as computers, printers, monitors as well as cardboard, metals, tires, and more.

Our junk hauling franchise has worked with many local and state government agencies such as The Wake County Public Defenders Office, USDA office in Raleigh, Wake County Prosecutors office, Wake County Employment Security Commission, Durham Public Housing Authority, Wake County Public School System, Wake County Public Housing Authority, University of NC at Chapel Hill, Duke University just to name a few.

The best part of owning our junk removal franchise is watching cities like Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and Cary embrace the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? concept through their continued support. We are members of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Greater Raleigh Merchants Association, Triangle Real Estate Investors Association, Triangle Apartment Association and BNI of Raleigh. Our most memorable moment was in 2007 when we donated our time, labor and junk removal services to the Wake County Women’s Shelter after their office was flooded out. We were able to remove well over five full truckloads worth of destroyed and damaged debris. We were then able to also donate all types of furniture, clothing and household items to a number of displaced women and their families. We love 1-800-GOT-JUNK? because we are able to make a difference to so many people who never thought there could be this type of professionalism and dedication to the junk removal business.

Our office is located near the corner of Fall of Neuse Road and Millbrook Road, in the Quail Corners Complex Behind Wachovia Bank; we are in the North Raleigh section of Town, about five minutes from Six Forks Road.
