We offer junk removal services to Washington Heights, Inwood, West Bronx, Yonkers, Hastings on the Hudson, and Mt. Vernon. Prior to owning my junk hauling 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise I was a stock trader on Wall Street for over 20 years. I was drawn to the world of junk by the uniqueness of the junk removal business and the way it helps people make more space for themselves.
You can see our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks and advertisements everywhere - on the bus, in train stations, malls and local stores! We donate to the Salvation Army and some local churches.
Our office is located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, about one mile north of the Henry Hudson Bridge. Serviced areas include Washington Heights, the west Bronx, both north and south of Yankee Stadium and lower Westchester.

Hi, we are Darryl Harris and Willie Mingo, your local 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise partners. We started our junk hauling business in July of 2007. Our office is located in the Hunts Point/Mott Haven area of the Bronx, NY but our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? junk trucks haul junk from a number of different areas like Fordham, Coop–City, High Bridge, Morrisania, Kingsbridge, Riverdale, City Island just to name a few!
Darryl is the owner and operator of your local Deluxe Moving & Storage company. Being entrepreneurs, we were looking for another adventure. We first heard about 1-800-GOT-JUNK? after speaking with a mutual friend in another state who had used 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s junk removal services. When we called, we discovered there wasn't a franchise that serviced the junk removal needs of the Bronx area so we made the decision to go into business together and we've been hauling junk ever since!
Within just four months of opening, we were fortunate enough to work alongside Hope Community Services, a non-profit center in lower Westchester that provides assistance for immigrants, soup kitchens and food pantries, by offering our customers coupon incentives for their food donations. Even our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team chipped in with more than just their manual assistance! We also donate clothing and other usable household items to the Salvation Army. Your junk can become someone else's blessing.
The office is located in New York, in the Mott Haven-Hunts Point area of the Bronx, between St Mary's St and 142nd St. Right above the 143rd stop off of the 6 train line. Our facilities can be seen off the Bruckner Blvd Expressway, heading in both the west and east directions of the expessway. It's a huge red, white and blue building that takes up about two city blocks.
