“The initial contact over the phone was very good. informative and the appointment was set up for the same day. The fellows called before the appointment, both where very courteous, thanked me for having the fridges and stove in the back yard instead of them having to lift them up from the basement. Asked how I had heard about the service. It was good to know that this service was available. My husband thought he would have to rent a truck and get someone to help move the appliances onto the truck, wait in line at the dump, and spend a day doing all this. With 1-800-got-junk it was a painless process. Once the fellows arrived it was 10 minutes and things where cleared up and the invoice paid.
