“The men that came to my house to help me get rid of my junk, were half way through loading their truck, when an... elderly gentleman, from the Rotary, came to collect a large number(thirty) of boxes of books(heavy boxes), they stopped what they were doing and lent him a hand by carrying those boxes out of the basement and into his car. They didn't have to,they could have said no. because of their kind gengerousity to an old man and they also cleaned up after themselves, which I thought was great. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? got its start in Vancouver, when university student Brian Scudamore encountered a tight summer job market in Vancouver and started a junk removal service called The Rubbish Boys.
