Tour Overview
Early in 2005, our Founder and CEO Brian Scudamore opened the doors of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? headquarters to the general public. We encouraged anyone interested in our company to visit us to learn about our brand and experience our culture to see what makes us one of Canada and B.C.'s best places to work for.

Today, hundreds of people, from CEO’s to new students, have visited the Junktion and left with key insights and best practices to incorporate into their own lives. We can only facilitate 20 people per tour, so book well in advance by emailing us at tours@1800gotjunk.com.


What to expect
The tour then starts with our daily “Huddle” in the 7th floor Huddle area. There you will see our motto, “It’s All About People,” come alive as everyone at the Junktion gathers at 10:55am to share news and information.

Next, we’ll walk through our world-class call centre and see our agents taking calls from across North America and Australia. Our teams are multi-lingual and we take English, French and Spanish calls.

From there we take you on a tour department by department. You’ll see our open-office concept and hear from key member of the Marketing, PR and Environmental departments.
Finally, the tour concludes with a Q&A session with Founder & CEO, Brian Scudamore. This is a great chance to ask Brian anything about his entrepreneurial experience. We suggest that you have a question prepared so you can take full advantage of this opportunity.
