Jerry Gratton, Director of Learning & Development, joined 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in February, 2004. His team’s goal is to support the profitable growth of our franchises with performance support and learning tools, training events, communications and help desk services.

Prior to joining the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team, Jerry spent 6 years managing a training organization in the highly competitive software sector and over 15 years in various roles in the learning and development field. He has developed online help systems for software mega-projects for IBM and has also worked in the "trenches" as a teacher, trainer, and instructional designer.

 

A husband and father of two daughters, Jerry enjoys renovating character homes, and has several house makeovers to his credit. He is also an avid concert-goer and the former front-man of “The Pleasant Pack,” among other rock and reggae groups.
