James Alisch, Vice President, Sales

As Vice President, Sales, James Alisch leads our Franchise Development, Commercial & National Sales teams and Sales Center. In this role James’s excellent leadership skills and ability to execute well thought-out goals and strategies make him the leader of overall revenue generation for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

 

James joined 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in April of 2007, taking on the role of Director, Franchise Development. With a background in franchising and the development of growing brands, James’ energy and experiences were a natural fit to the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team. James success in his first year at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? led him to be promoted to his current position as VP, Sales.

 

Prior to a consulting role in Vancouver B.C., James spent the previous 13 years with College Pro Painters Ltd. and The Franchise Company where he most recently held the role of Vice President, Western Canada for the last 6 years. It is from these experiences that James developed a passion for entrepreneurship and leadership development.

 

Having had the opportunity to work with a number of skilled coaches along the way, James considers himself lucky to have been exposed to the value of intentional skill development, brand integrity, and building a performance culture.
