Inbound Sales Agent

Here at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? we are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused telephone agents to join our Sales teams. We offer competitive pay, great incentives, a fun, supportive work environment and thorough practical training. We are currently accepting FT and PT applications.

If you have a natural flair for sales and are you driven to deliver a “WOW” experience to each and every customer, and you want to be part of a work hard/play hard environment this might be the role for you!

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Selling the value of our exceptional service by scheduling appointments for new and repeat clients (inbound only, no cold calling!)
• Providing solutions for clients through re-booking appointments, and answering general inquiries
• Maintaining a low cancellation rate through booking well qualified leads
• Interacting with our Franchise Partners and Truck Team Members throughout North America
