1-800-GOT-JUNK? Supports One Million Acts of Green

For the past two months CBC and The Hour with George Stroumboulopoulos have been encouraging Canadians and other people around the world to do one “act of green” for the environment. The idea is that together we’ll achieve “One Million Acts of Green.” We’ve hit the half-million mark already!

On November 19th, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Founder and CEO Brian Scudamore was a guest on The Hour, where he pledged publically his own “act of green” and made a commitment to encourage everyone at his company to do the same.

At 1-800-GOT-JUNK? everyone is contributing to this exciting grassroots initiative to reduce our environmental footprint. Together we can make a difference for future generations and for the planet.

“You show up when you say you will. The drivers are polite and efficient. A friend was over when they were at work in my back yard and she was very impressed. I already know you do a good, efficient, polite job. No hassles.”
