Jerry Gratton

As Vice President, People, Jerry is responsible for nurturing and evolving the award-winning culture at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, overseeing all aspects of the employee life-cycle from acquisition to long-term development and retention. Jerry has more than 15 years’ experience building and leading teams across diverse industries in HR, Learning & Development, Business Communications and Software Services. He started at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? as Director, Learning & Development in 2004 and continued on as Director, People & Learning until the spring of 2009.

Prior to re-joining 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in 2012, Jerry was VP, Client Services at Mindfield Group where he oversaw recruiting operations for the fast-growing recruitment process outsourcing agency. Jerry has also held key leadership roles during the hyper-growth phases of some other iconic companies in Vancouver, including Crystal Decisions, Aritzia and MindField Group. A husband and father of two daughters, Jerry enjoys renovating character homes and has several house makeovers to his credit.
