David St.James, Director, Commercial Sales

David joined 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in March 2006 as Sales and Marketing Manager for the Toronto franchise, the first and largest franchise within the system. David began to work with other Franchise Partners including the launch of service to New York City and Melbourne, Australia. David is passionate about leading cultural change, specializing in transforming service-focused cultures into sales organizations.

David now leads Commercial Sales for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. His leadership will help realize our collective vision of transforming 1-800-GOT-JUNK? into sales organization. His goal is to cultivate a Commercial Sales culture that generates incremental revenue as a result of focused effort and people. The Commercial Sales department contains three sales channels: National Accounts, Business Development, and Local Commercial Sales.

Before joining 1-800-GOT-JUNK? David could be seen on the Shopping Channel in Canada as Product Presenter for Bose. In addition, David worked as an Account Manager, Product Trainer, and Field Representative for Bose. Since he was 15 he worked in his family business, St. James Stereo in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This experience helped David realize at an early age that building a brand and growing a business is about creating a lasting customer experience and offering value in each client interaction; this is the foundation for every success David has built.

He and his family call Toronto home, but his passport and running shoes are never out of reach.
