As the front line representative of our business you must have proven sales and customer service skills.

You must also:

• Show a desire to “WOW” customers in every interaction with your positive, energetic personality
• Be comfortable communicating (both written and verbal) in both English and French to service our French-speaking Franchise Partners and clientele.
• Love being a “ Morning Person” and do your best work early in the day
• Excel as competitive, goal-oriented team player that brings a unique energy to the team and thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, challenging and fun
• Posess a superb phone presence and love interacting with clients
• Show a successful track record in sales

The duties of our Bilingual Agents include:

• Selling the exceptional value of our service to new and existing customers and scheduling their appointments
• Consistently meeting sales goals and maintaining a low cancellation rate
• Managing new and repeat clients through exceptional customer service
• Interacting with Franchise Partners throughout the world and representing the company as the clients' first point of contact with our brand
