1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for energetic, passionate people to join our team to service our French speaking clientele throughout North America. Our Bilingual Agents play a vital role within the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team by selling the value of our full service junk removal to new and existing clients when they call in with inquiries. Therefore, as the front line representative of our business you must have proven sales and customer service skills so you can effectively manage all kinds of client requests.

You must also:

• Be completely comfortable communicating (both written and verbal) in both English and French to service our French-speaking Franchise Partners and clientele.
• Have a Passion for people and for closing sales
• Love being a “Morning Person” and do your best work early in the day. (Members of this team must be available 5 am – 6pm, Monday through Saturday.)
• Show a desire to “WOW” customers in every interaction with your positive, energetic personality
• Show a successful track record in sales
• Possess a superb phone presence and love interacting with clients to resolve any issues they may have
• Excel as competitive, goal-oriented team player that brings a unique energy to the team and thrives in an environment that is challenging, fast-paced and fun

The duties of our Bilingual Agents include, but are not limited to:

• Selling the exceptional value of our service to new and existing customers and scheduling their appointments
• Consistently meeting sales goals and maintaining a low cancellation rate
• Managing new and repeat clients through exceptional customer service
• Interacting with Franchise Partners throughout the world and representing the company as the clients' first point of contact with our brand
