1-800-GOT-JUNK? is currently looking for energetic, passionate people to join our Bilingual French/English sales team to service our French speaking clientele throughout North America. Our Bilingual Agents play a vital role by selling the value of our full service junk removal to new and existing clients.

This role might be your style if:

• You are COMPLETELY comfortable communicating (both written and verbal) in both English and French to service our French-speaking Franchise Partners and clientele.
• You are a “Morning Person” and do your best work early in the day. (Members of this team must be available 5 am – 6pm, Monday through Saturday, no exceptions)
• You have a true passion for sales and the competitive nature to sell
• You have a friendly, outgoing, confident personality
• You possess a superb phone presence and love interacting with clients to resolve any issues they may have.
• You are a competitive, goal-oriented team player who thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, supportive and fun

The duties of our Bilingual Agents include, but are not limited to:

• Selling the exceptional value of our service to new and existing customers and scheduling their junk removal appointments
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and maintaining a low cancellation rate
• Managing new and repeat clients through exceptional customer service
• Interacting with our Franchise Partners and Truck Team Members throughout North America and representing the company as the clients' first point of contact with our brand
