Bilingual French Sales Agent

You must have both strong sales and customer service skills developed in fast-paced interactive environments. Our Bilingual French Sales Agents play a vital role within the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team by selling the value of our full service junk removal. This role acts as the first point of contact for our customer base from all French speaking areas of North America, with the majority of our clientele residing in Quebec.

You will have the opportunity to explain and walk the client through our business and how we do it, all the while building the value proposition. The ultimate goal of the sales call is to book a time with the client to have our Truck Team visit and assess their Junk Removal needs.

Responsibilities include

• Scheduling appointments for our customers to have their junk removed 
• Maintaining a low cancellation rate through booking qualified, quality leads 
• Managing new and repeat clients 
• Liaising with franchise partners throughout our system to provide customer care solutions
• In all cases you represent the first point of contact with our brand

• You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and sales experience that make our guests want to come back for more 
• You are comfortable on the phone taking inbound only calls 
• Successful track record in sales and a positive, energetic personality 
• Competitive, goal-oriented team player that brings a unique energy to the work place 
• Previous Call Center experience is an asset 
• You are a “ Morning Person” and do your best work early in the day:
• This role requires availability from 5:00am on Mon – Fri, and from 6:00am on Sat – Sun.
