Our Australian Team of Sales Agents take pride in their extensive knowledge of the culture and geography ‘down under’ and they represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand to new and repeat callers from Australia and North America. Every call provides the ‘WOW’ experience we are known for!

What our agents do:

• Manage new and repeat clients with exceptional customer service
• Sell the value of our exceptional service and schedule appointments for new and repeat clients (inbound only! no cold calling!)
• Provide solutions for clients through re-booking appointments, answering general inquiries, etc.
• Interact with our Franchise Partners and Truck Team Members throughout Australia and North America

• A successful track record in sales and customer service
• A desire to “WOW” every customer, every time because this position focuses heavily on providing a positive experience for our clients

• Open work availability (To be considered you MUST be available 7 days a week, including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays anytime between 9 am and Midnight)
