Our Australian Sales Agents play a vital role in the company by selling the value of our full service junk removal to our customer base in Australia, (as well as speaking with our North American English speaking clientele).

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a sales experience that makes our clients want to come back for more
• The skills to be comfortable on the phone (inbound only calls – no telemarketing!)
• A successful track record in sales
• A positive, energetic personality, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to each and every caller
• Being a competitive, goal-oriented team player that brings a unique energy to the work place

Responsibilities include:

• Selling our service to new and repeat clients and scheduling appointments to have their junk removed
• Maintaining a low cancellation rate through booking qualified, quality leads
• Liaising with franchise partners throughout our system to provide customer care solutions
• Professionally representing the company as the first point of contact with our brand

Shift work, on a Full time or Part time basis is required, including weekends. Candidates must be available anytime from 9:00am – 12:00am.
