Adrienne Bedford, Director, Strategy and Execution

As Director, Strategy & Execution, Adrienne Bedford is responsible for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?’s strategic planning process, ensuring all initiatives are on track and delivering results for Franchise Partners. She serves as an internal consultant for projects in the capacity of measurement, financial analysis, critical thinking, and identifying key issues. Adrienne manages revenue forecasting and directs how operational metrics are measured, analyzed, and reported across the organization. She has a passion for translating data into usable information, thus contributing to the leadership team’s ability to make the best possible decisions.

Adrienne joined 1-800-GOT-JUNK? as MIS Manager in 2005 and created the company’s first dashboards, KPI management systems, and benchmarks. She also developed tools to help Franchise Partners analyze their financial and operational performance. In 2007, Adrienne was promoted to Senior Manager, Operations & Financial Planning, training management on expense forecasting and preparing financial presentations for executive and outside parties. She continues to manage the Junktion’s financial forecasting and annual budgeting processes along with the head of the Cash department.

Previous to 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, Adrienne spent four years as an analyst in corporate lending after completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree.

She enjoys travel, cooking, and dance.
