Hi, I am Judy Briggs, owner of the Worcester 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise. I have been in business since 2003. Our office is conveniently located right on the westbound side of Route 9 in Shrewsbury on the Worcester line. My junk removal franchise services the following communities with three junk trucks and six employees: Ashburnham, Ashby, Auburn, Berlin, Bolton, Boylston, Cherry Valley, Clinton, East Templeton, Fitchburg, Gardner, Holden, Jefferson, Lancaster, Leicester, Leominster, Lunenburg, Marlborough, North Grafton, Northborough, Princeton, Rochdale, Shirley, Shrewsbury, South Lancaster, Southborough, Sterling, Templeton, West Boylston, West Townsend, Westborough, Westminster, Winchendon, and Worcester. Our friendly, uniformed, professional staff removes unwanted furniture, appliances, carpeting, renovation debris, and unwanted junk from our clients’ homes or businesses.

During the last five years we have established relationships with several recycling agencies and charitable organizations that allow us to donate and recycle approximately 90% of the items we remove from customers’ homes and businesses. Some of the charitable organizations that we work with are Worcester County Food Pantry, Salvation Army, Babies Breathe and Cradles to Crayons. Other affiliations that we are proud to be a part of are Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Builders Association of Central Mass and Mass Recycle.

Before joining the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? family, I worked in the healthcare field for many years. Despite having a good job, the need to venture out on my own became a mission. I looked at a few opportunities but kept coming back to 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. What an amazing concept and brand! In today’s world it is becoming more and more difficult for communities to dispose of unwanted things, so I took the leap of faith and contacted 1-800-GOT-JUNK? about a franchise opportunity. Five years later I still love my job and the people I meet on a day-to-day basis.

It’s very rewarding for me to leave a customer’s location hearing them say “Wow!” and knowing we just gave them back not only space, but their valuable time, so they can spend it with the people who are important to them, doing the things they love.
