Hi, I’m Todd Rauchenberger, your local 1-800-GOT-JUNK? owner and operator. We have been removing junk in the Newport News area since 2004. You can find our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks in Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, Poquoson, Seafor, Hampton, and Chesapeake Bay. We are a member of the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance, the Williamsburg Area Businesses Association of Newtown, the Arthritis Foundation and the 10K Walk for Arthritis, and the Yorktown Red Cross Activities and Support.
For our 2008 Earth Day Celebration, we partnered with the College of William & Mary to collect e-waste. We’re proud to say that we recycle 100% of all e-waste that we collect. We are also an active participant in the Virginia Department of Transportations Adopt-A-Spot, and help provide a clean highway for the Williamsburg and Historic Triangle region.
The most memorable experiences I’ve had as a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise owner have been in helping people who become overwhelmed by accumulated junk or bulk waste. It’s very rewarding to clear out room for people to move freely throughout their home. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? has afforded me the opportunity to have an impact on people's lives as well as doing something positive for our environment. We live in a historic part of the country that many people only visit once in a lifetime. Through our recycling efforts, we’re helping to keep our waterways clean, our historic by-ways and trails and road ways free of debris, and our region environmentally clean for future generations.
Our office is located at 5251-18 John Tyler Hwy #361, Williamsburg VA 23185. We are located at the intersection of Rt 199 and John Tyler Hwy, in the shopping center. We are one exit prior to Monticello Ave and the Monticello shopping district, in Williamsburg.

"You guys are always on time and you're the only service I know that does this kind of quality work. You're great!"-- Mark, Owner
"I called them last week about 8:00am, they called me back about 8:15am and by 9:00am they were here. It's amazing."-- Lionel, Maintenance Supervisor
"They helped clean out my mother-in-law's house. They took everything from office furniture, supplies, books, and bookcases, to beds and mattresses. You name it, they've taken it. I like that you don't have to take anything to the charities yourself, but they'll provide you with the charitable receipt. Not having to rent a truck is very convenient. They are a one-stop business."-- Bruce, Williamsburg, Feb. 2007
"I was finally able to keep my promise to my wife that she'd have room to put her car in the garage. These guys showed up and got it all done in 15 minutes!"-- Ken, Agent
