Todd and Jenny Yergens, life-long southeastern Wisconsin natives, have been growing and expanding, the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? service in the Wisconsin market since 2004. In the spring of that year, they read an article about an expanding organization of professional junk disposal specialists called 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. They knew they had the right combination of skills, experience, and dedication to re-invent the way people in the Milwaukee area disposed of their unwanted junk. They put together a team of organized, well-trained, courteous and professional waste removal specialists and set out to deliver the best service in the business.
Based on their success in helping over 11,000 local customers rid themselves of unwanted junk, Todd and Jenny expanded from the Northwest Milwaukee market to service 10 county areas, including Milwaukee, Waukesha, Walworth, Washington, Ozaukee, Fond Du Lac, Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Racine, and Kenosha counties.
Using a “customer first” model of professionalism and a commitment to providing the best, most thorough junk removal service in the industry, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? continues to be the local leader in junk removal and disposal.

It’s a great combination.”

Junk pick-up:

“They were AWESOME! Showed up on time, called first, very pleasant, and explained things well. The refrigerator was HUGE and heavy, hard to get out of here being an old house. They had to turn off water supply due to the valve to water line to the fridge was stripped. They cleaned up water that spilled and took a door off to get the monster fridge out of here and put it back on and they were nice to my dogs! I will use them again and recommend to anyone!”-- Beth, Brookfield, Mar 2007

Considering we are only charged for the amount of space we use in their trucks, there is no trip charge, and they carry the materials from wherever we piled them, using 1-800-GOT-JUNK? has become an easy decision to make. In fact, we're moving in a month and there is no doubt we will use them to make the moving process much easier. It just makes sense.”-- Joe, Partner, Information Technology Professionals, LLC, Waukesha, Jan 2008
“I decided to call 1-800-GOT-JUNK? to make an appointment to haul away my old TV, along with a mirrored bi-fold door we had taken off a closet. Wow! I called at 12:15pm and they gave me a time frame - for the same day between 2-4PM! They called about 15-20 minutes before their arrival and were in and out all before 2:20pm. I was so happy to have those items taken away so quickly! Wonderful, wonderful service!”-- Lynn, Milwaukee, Nov 2007
“I made the website appointment on Thursday night late and they showed up Friday evening. They called Friday afternoon to confirm an hour out to tell me exactly when they would arrive. Three guys showed up, very pleasant, I showed them the junk and they got to work. They are fast, clean and friendly. They hauled about 1/2 truck worth of junk, it would've taken me and somebody else a good two hours and a bunch of grief to do the same, never mind I don't have a big truck or a place to take it. Thanks guys.”-- Renee, Milwaukee, Oct 2007

Franchise Partners Todd and Jenny Yergens took part at the Mukwonago Maxwell street days on September 11-12.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, we worked with local churches to find ways to help victims cope with the devastation caused by the storm. We decided to make the long trip to Louisiana to take supplies, assist in the clean up, and help provide displaced residents the opportunity to relocate. With the support of family, friends and the community, we received twelve tons of supplies within forty-eight hours, which we then loaded up before hitting the road.
After determining where help was needed most, we found a distribution center being run in conjunction with the National Guard. We dropped off the twelve tons of supplies and helped the National Guard transport one hundred pallets of supplies to the distribution center. In the following days, we helped families whose homes needed to be gutted because they had been under six feet of water.
We enjoy being part of the Milwaukee community. Whenever possible we take part in parades, festivals or community cleanups. The whole junk pickup crew looks forward to decorating the junk trucks and getting into costume. Here we are at the Waukesha County Fair.
