Hi, I'm Llona Stish, and I own the local 1-800-GOT-JUNK? junk removal franchise in Harrisburg. I bought my junk hauling franchise in 2006 and started removing junk in January 2007. After getting through our first year, we realized that junk removal benefits many people. We have donated items to various charities, such as Mission Central in Mechanicsburg, Goodwill in Harrisburg and the Salvation Army in Hamden Township. Knowing that we have helped in this way makes our business that much more meaningful to us and our community. We don't always haul junk, we also carry the precious Rubber Duckies for the Ducky Regatta benefiting the March of Dimes in Harrisburg and York. At Christmas, we decorate our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks to participate as a sponsor in the annual Holiday Parade in Harrisburg. We love to go through the crowds wearing our blue wigs and handing out “junk” food to the kids. Prior to owning this trash removal business I spent 30 years in retail. Due to this experience I am very focused on customer service. We set out every day to ensure that our customers become promoters of our junk removal business. Our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team strives to go above and beyond with every job and don't be surprised if we show up at your job site with a cup of coffee and a newspaper just for you.
Our office is located at 3920 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011. We are directly across the street form the Sierra Madre Saloon and in the same building as Dr. Verber's dentist office.

“You folks at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? saved my closing. There was no way the property owner could have had that place cleaned out in time for the buyer's walk-through and your guys were very professional and polite. I've been telling folks what a good job you did and I have the $10 coupons stacked on our referral board for others to use.”-- Dauvy, JGR Realtor, Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA, Harrisburg, Apr 2008
“I was just bragging to someone because I was so happy that the junk that was bothering me for so long is gone. It was out there for a year. Everything was really great, they did a magnificent job and I was very pleased. It was a real blessing for me.”-- Alda, Harrisburg, Mar 2008

“I was so impressed with the Truck Team and I want to make sure they are told how great they were. I felt safe with them because they were uniformed and licensed and I felt like I could welcome them in my home, but above all, I am very happy and I can't say enough good things about them.”-- Barbara, Harrisburg, Nov 2007

Our junk removal franchise has been a proud sponsor or the Harrisburg Holiday Parade for the past two years. We decorate our trucks, put on our blue wigs and hand out candy to the parents and kids lining the parade route. It is one of the great highlights of the holiday season for us.
On Labor Day of 2007, our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? truck was used to carry precious cargo: thousands of little yellow rubber duckies for the Central Pennsylvania Division March of Dimes Rubber Duck Regatta. We transported the ducks to the drop off site on the Susquehanna River and gently released the cargo into the river to see which duck would cross the finish line first. It was a huge fund-raising event for the March of Dimes and we were honored to be a sponsor. We will be participating again this year, so stay tuned for an update.
