Hi, we're Bob Valeri and Don Valerio and we have owned and operated our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise for over five years. We were the first to open a Massachusetts based 1-800-GOT-JUNK? junk removal franchise and are now joined by six other Massachusetts locals operating successfully across the state. Being part of a growing world-class brand is truly exciting. Being able to bring it home to the North Shore and Greater Boston area is an even bigger thrill.
With our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise we able to serve local communities including Waltham, Arlington, Lexington, Peabody, Danvers, and Saugus. We are helping people remove their obstacles and we are focused on doing it right. We sort and recycle everything we can and donate items that may still help others. For instance, we donate furniture to the Salvation Army and other local charities.
We work closely with ewaste collection sites to insure that TV's, monitors and computer waste never see a landfill and are all recycled and disposed of properly. Recycling and donating items are a great way for us to give back to our community every day and all of our employees understand the good we are doing when we take the time to do it right. We are also dedicated to our community in other ways, sponsoring Little League baseball fields in Groveland, sponsoring the Women's Health Run in Melrose, Cancer Fund raisers in Haverhill, Peabody and others. We are part of the business community as members of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and the Woburn Business Association. It is a continuous thrill to be growing our business across the North Shore and Metro Boston area. We recently moved our main office to Woburn, MA. very close to Rte 93 and Rte 128. This location allows us to reach our customers quickly, providing the same day service we are known for. We like to say there is no job too big, or too small for us. Our goal is to help people get their space back, whether it's space in their basement, garage, back yard, spare room, office or attic, we are their to help everyone in our community.
Our Office is located at 5 Walnut Hill Park, Woburn MA. We are centrally located just off of Washington Street in Woburn near Cummings Park with fast access to Rte 93, Rte 95 and Rte 128, allowing us to quickly service the North Shore and Metro West areas of Greater Boston.

Hi, I'm Bill Bundeff, the owner of the local 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise. After graduating from Bryant College with a BS in Business Administration, I went to work for CVS Pharmacy and spent the next 21 years in their employment. I had always had the desire to open my own business and after encouragement from my family, I started the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Providence Franchise in the spring of 2003. Our shiny 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks service southeastern MA from Hingham to Easton and Norton to Milford and along Rt 95 from Canton to Attleboro, MA. We service major malls that include the Emerald Mall in North Attleboro, Braintree Mall in Braintree, Mansfield Crossings, home of the new LLBean store, and the Wrentham Outlet Mall and everywhere in between!
My first job was removing furniture from a church in Walpole, MA. I had no employees at the time, so my son offered to help. I always believed it was a blessing that a church would call me for my first job. I spent the next week looking for additional help. Finding someone to remove junk was easy but finding someone dedicated that would help build the business and make customers feel great was another thing. Over the next few years I hired many of my employees from the jobs that we did. Once they meet us, saw what we did and how they were treated, they asked for an application. By 2004, the business had already doubled in size. I joined three chambers of commerce; the Northern RI, Plainville-North Attleboro and the Attleboro. I also became an active member in a networking group, BNI. Today repeat customers represent more than 35% of the business so the importance of customer satisfaction is our number one concern. We advertise on radio, TV and mail out flyers but a repeat customer is still our best form of advertising. Recycling has become a big priority with us because our customers and communities demand it. We always try to donate any usable items to St Vincent DePaul, the Salvation Army, Big Sisters and many local organizations but we still needed a better way to recycle a larger portion of the junk. In 2007 another franchise partner told me about a recycler that would recycle 80% of what we brought them. Today we recycle more than any other junk removal company. Every load we bring to this facility is picked through and sorted, even non-recyclable plastic is ground up and used in concrete forms. Being a part of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is one of the greatest accomplishments I have ever done. I'm proud of the work we do and the company we represent.
Our office is located off Rt 495 in Plainville , MA south of the Wrentham Outlet Mall. It's located 10 minutes from Gillette stadium the home of the New England Patriots.

Marion was quoted as saying she was very comforted in knowing that much of her junk was going to be donated to local charities.

We attend a great community event called Touch a Truck. This event is hosted by Cummings Park and hosts dozens of trucks from local businesses and government agencies, like Middlesex County Sheriff’s Mobile Command Center and Woburn Fire Department fire trucks. Every truck is on display and open to the public. This is a super opportunity for everyone in the community to see and touch our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks that service the community on a daily basis. It is a huge hit with adults and children alike and a great opportunity for 1-800-GOT-JUNK? to meet and talk to people of all ages.
We maintain a small island at the intersection of Rt 114 and Rt 121 for the town of Cumberland. Each spring we plant over 400 flowers and in the fall we plant mums. We get a lot of great comments from people as they pull up to the stop sign at the intersection. Many thank us for making it so beautiful.
