Hi, I’m Jennifer Nichols, your local owner and operator of Alabama Central’s 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise. Our junk removal franchise opened in September 2005 and covers all of Central Alabama with a focus on Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. We pick up junk from Gadsden to Tuscaloosa and Jasper to Anniston. Me and my partners, Dan Ambrosius and John Brooker, are local Birmingham folks and we wanted to bring professional junk removal to our city to help residential and commercial customers clean up and declutter their lives. We love telling everyone about 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and how simple it is to remove unwanted items.

Throughout the day you can see us all over town! We love putting on our blue wigs and waving to cars as they drive by. You’ve probably seen us waving on Hwy 280, Hwy 31, and Hwy 150. We have lots of fun bringing attention to ourselves! You may have also seen our junk trucks parked at several locations on Hwy 280 at the BP Station, Your Evening Meal, and Wal-Mart. Or perhaps you have received an oversized bright green direct mail postcard with a coupon to try our junk hauling services. We advertise in the Inverness and Shelby County Clipper Magazines and in various Valpak coupon packages. Articles about our service have been included in the Shelby County Reporter, Birmingham Business Journal, Birmingham News - Shelby News Special Section, the East News Special Section, and in the Birmingham Parent Magazine. We are members of the Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Vestavia Chamber, Hoover Chamber and the Mountain Brook Chamber. We are everywhere and we’re hard to miss!
